"The GCG World Tour"
Due to the ongoing COVID19 situation in the UK, the 48th AGM of the group was held virtually on 30th November 2021. We again used online voting systems to record votes during the meeting.
As well as the AGM, attendees enjoyed four short talks covering pyrite disease, mineral collections, geolocation and conservation. These were recorded and made available for the benefit of the membership who could not attend the meeting at the advertised time.

Additionally, a short EGM (Extraordinary General Meeting) had been held on 12th January 2021 to ensure that changes made to the existing constitution to enable a conversion to CIO status could be made. The minutes of this were also approved during this meeting
